Make the brief measurable
A photo communicates appearance but cannot define every seam or measurement. Use it with a specification that identifies the fit, construction and details that should be reproduced.
Bring your design and make the production brief clear. Fabric, fit, artwork and finishing are agreed before your apparel order moves into bulk.

OEM clothing manufacturing is a route in which Adriqa makes garments to the buyer’s agreed design and specification. A tech pack, reference garment or detailed drawings can establish the brief. Patterns, materials, sampling and production responsibilities are confirmed in writing, with the approved garment sample serving as the order reference.
These are approval points for your specific garment. Materials, techniques, minimums and timing are confirmed in the written order brief.

If an exact trim or fabric is unavailable, discuss an alternative before it enters the sample. Record the approved material rather than assuming that a similar appearance means identical performance.
Use a clearly identified sample and specification revision. Confirm artwork, labels and size grading together so different teams are not working from different versions of the order.
The same method is not automatically suitable for every garment. Use these starting points to discuss a practical fabric, fit and finish combination.

Keep the approved sample and specification together. Review any change in fabric, artwork, trim or finishing before repeating a production run; a previous approval does not establish that a different combination will behave identically.
