This website belongs to Adriqa Enterprises, a private label apparel manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Adriqa Enterprises.

Our enquiry form does not send anything to our website. When you press the button, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your details typed in, and nothing is sent until you press send there yourself. The same goes for the “Build your spec” and lead-time planner buttons: they only fill in the form.

When you do send us a message, we receive what you chose to send: usually your name, company, email address, WhatsApp number and the details of your order. We use it only to reply to you, prepare your quote and make and ship your order.

Messages reach us through the service you chose: WhatsApp (run by Meta) or email (our inbox is run by Google). Their own privacy policies apply to how they carry your message.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It tells us things like which pages are visited, which website sent the visitor, the type of device and browser, and the country.

The “live visitors” badge on our pages shows only these totals by country. It never shows names or anything that identifies a person.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every website host, Cloudflare processes the technical details your browser sends, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and to protect the site from attacks. We do not use this to identify you.

Our fonts and images are stored on our own website, so loading a page does not send your details to font or image services.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising, and we show no ads.

If you close the live visitors badge, your browser remembers that until you close the tab, so the badge stays hidden. This small note stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing. We only share what is needed to make and deliver your order, for example your delivery details with the shipping company you agree to in your quote.

We keep your messages and order details for as long as we need them to answer you, complete your order and keep the business records the law asks us to keep. After that we delete them.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we reply as soon as we can.

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights given by data protection law there, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date below.
