What does a handball kit need?
Handball is fast, physical and played indoors, so kits are light, fitted and breathable. Shirts are usually 130–160 GSM polyester, with numbers large enough for referees to read, and a different colour for the goalkeeper.

03 — Choosing the fabric
Match fabrics compared.
The fabric decides how a kit feels, breathes and takes a print. These are the knits used most for team kits.

These are polyester or polyester blends, so they can be sublimated edge to edge.

European Union
Fibre names and percentages on the label under Regulation (EU) No 1007/2011. Care symbols to ISO 3758 are standard. REACH limits certain substances in textiles, such as some azo dyes.
United Kingdom
Fibre composition labels under the Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012, plus care symbols.
United States
Fibre content, country of origin ("Made in Pakistan") and your RN number or company name under the FTC textile rules, and care instructions under the FTC Care Labeling Rule.
Kids' sizes
Drawstrings in children's clothing follow EN 14682 in Europe. In the US, children's products need CPSIA tracking labels, and hood drawstrings on children's upper outerwear are treated as a hazard (16 CFR 1120).
League rules
Leagues and governing bodies set their own kit rules, such as number sizes, colours and sponsor areas. Send your league rules with your enquiry and they go on your spec sheet.
07 — How ordering works
Brief, sample, then bulk.
Send your logo, colours, sizes and quantity for the handball kit. You get a written spec and quote, approve a sample, then your order is made, checked and packed under your label. Minimums and dates are confirmed in your quote.
Can the same kit be used for futsal?
Yes. Handball and futsal kits use the same light polyester; only the cut and your league rules change.
Do you make long sleeve keeper shirts?
Yes. Handball keeper shirts can be long or short sleeve, in a contrast colour.
Are women's cuts available?
Yes. Women's shirts and shorts are cut on their own pattern and can go on the same order.
