01 — In short
What does a compression top do?
A compression top fits tight against the skin. It wicks sweat away, cuts rubbing under kit and pads, and keeps muscles warm. Long sleeves add warmth on cold days.
02 — Full spec
The typical spec.
Every line is checked with you and written on your spec sheet before a sample is made. Change anything to suit your design, market and budget.

03 — Choosing the fabric
Compression fabrics compared.
Compression depends on stretch and recovery. The blend and the weight set how firm it feels.
| Fabric | Typical weight | What it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Polyester–elastane, around 80/20 | 160–240 GSM | Firm and quick-drying. Takes sublimation. |
| Nylon–elastane, around 75/25 | 180–240 GSM | Smoother and softer, with strong recovery. |
| Brushed polyester–elastane | 220–300 GSM | Warm inside for cold weather. |
| Mesh zones | Varies | Placed where the body runs hot. |
Nylon blends do not sublimate well, so logos on nylon are printed or heat-transferred.

07 — How ordering works
Brief, sample, then bulk.
Send your logo, colours, sizes and quantity for the long-sleeve compression top. You get a written spec and quote, approve a sample, then your order is made, checked and packed under your label. Minimums and dates are confirmed in your quote.
Polyester or nylon blend?
Polyester–elastane is firm, dries fast and can be sublimated. Nylon–elastane is smoother and softer. Both recover well after stretching.
Can it be worn under a match shirt?
Yes. That is what most teams use it for, often in a colour that matches the kit as leagues may require.
How tight should it be?
Snug but not restrictive. Your sample shows the fit before bulk.
